How it works
Our Online Clinic 1:1 sessions cost £95 UKP for 50 minutes and you pay on booking. You will receive a confirmation email and receipt as well as a link to click at the time of the appointment. Simply click that link and you will be welcomed into your own personal online consulting room. Other prices are listed below.
The first session is an Initial Consultation where Gareth or Enfys will take notes that include what issues or challenges are being experienced and what goals you’d like to achieve along with some medical details and other relevant information. They will then explain how the brain works and how these issues arise and, most importantly, what can be done. You will very quickly learn how you can get on track and stay on track. Ongoing sessions are a combination of talking therapies, relaxation, and guided visualisation according to your needs and choices.

- 1:1 Online £95 UKP for 50 minutes
- Couples or 2 People Therapy £145 UKP for 50 minutes
- Family Therapy (up to 4 people) £190 UKP for 50 minutes
- Blue Light, Defence Service & Carers’ Card 10% discount on 1:1 prices (refunded after first session)
If you are paying in any other currency, it will be converted automatically on booking.
As with most therapists these days, there is a 48-hour cancellation policy because there are limited slots available per practitioner. This also helps to keep the fees down for you and other clients.

We specialise in helping people experiencing Workplace Stress, Post Traumatic Stress and / or Relationship & Family Issues that can arise from such work.
Both Gareth & Enfys have been part-time unpaid carers for our elderly mothers while running a business and dealing with other aspects of family life, and also know how challenging this can be.

The Alchemy Life Therapy Clinic is 100% online.
We have been involved in international research since 2015 proving the efficacy of our blend of Solution Focused Therapy. This research started before the global pandemic and continued through and beyond the various lockdowns. The research also proved there was no drop off in effectiveness when working online.
Many people prefer to do this work from the comfort of their own homes. They don’t have to battle through traffic, find parking and then battle that traffic on the way home afterwards.
